New Weekly Blog Schedule

As I am developing my blog, I am looking for ways to inspire myself to explore all of my collection. This is an attempt to keep a nice even mix of content. That way I give you a little low end, a little high end, some things I love, and some things I just can't get to work for me. So to keep me from straying, I'm setting up a type of calendar for my posts. Now, the schedule certainly may vary but for now I'm going to stick to this in order to push myself and my creativity and not get stuck in a writing rut. The point of my blog is to learn something myself too, so hopefully this will facilitate that!

Mondays will be "MAC Mondays" featuring my favorite MAC products. It could be a review, haul, overview, tutorial or just FOTD featuring MAC products.

Tuesday will be known as "Tutorial Tuesday." On this day of the week I will teach you how to do something beauty related. It could be a picture tutorial, a simple written tutorial, or even just a link to my YouTube channel ( MissAmyGray) where I will post a video tutorial.

Wednesday's will be "Wet n Wild Wednesday." I own every eye shadow in the Wet n Wild collection and many of their other products as well. Wednesday will be used to spotlight the brand with reviews, overviews, swatches, tutorials etc. featuring the brand.

Thursday's will be "Think Outside the Box Thursday." I'd like to explore the creative side of makeup. I'll feature special effects looks, costume looks etc. it's great to explore things outside of your comfort zone to keep from falling into the same look day in and day out. It may not always be a look I've created, I could feature inspiration pics or just feature certain techniques that are out of the ordinary. I might also feature unconventional uses of beauty products, or things you'd never know could be related to beauty but that I have tried or will try.

Friday will now be known as "Fyrinnae Friday." Fyrinnae is one of my favorite companies and they have some truly unique products. Friday's will be my chance to introduce you to products, show you swatches, give reviews, and show you FOTDs I have done using Fyrinnae.

Saturday's post will be called "Smokey Saturday" I wanted to do something a little special for weekend looks and I figured it doesn't get sexier than a sultry weekend smokey eye. I plan to feature tutorials, reviews of products perfect for creating a smokey eye, tricks and techniques, and FOTDs.

Sunday will now be "Skincare Sunday"- featuring skin care products and innovations. What has or has not worked for me as well as exploring the market for other skin types.

I hope this plan will keep things interesting, keep me on my toes, as well as give you an idea as to what posts you might be more interested in. Of course, additional unrelated posts will make their way onto my blog as I see fit. I also can't promise that I wont ever miss a day. I have a full-time job, husband, precious puppy and a huge family so some nights I just won't have time to write. Thanks for following me through as I figure things out and find my way.
